Our Return & Refund Policy is as follows:
1, You may return all products within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund.
2, Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie, Jewelry.
3, To initiate an exchange or a refund in the itaobao3, visit your Order History page. Simply click on "Contact Support" next to the appropriate item and our customer service will help process your request. Customer service can also be reached at service@itaobao3.com
4, Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. You can track the status of your exchange/refund at "Return Status" tab on Order History page. Please allow 7-15 days for your refund to appear.
5, When a gift card (or any other free giveaway) is applicable to an order and if that order is refunded for any reason, the gift card (or any other free giveaway) used in that order cannot be refunded.
6, itaobao3 cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT and any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
7, You have to pay for the return shipping fee, unless a mistake is made by itaobao3.

After-sale service
1, If my received order has problems, what should I do? 
Don't worry. Please leave us message or send links of the item and photos to our sales@itaobao3.com. Our service team will reply in 24 hours in workday. 

2, How to do when my package was hold by customs or if customs charge tariff? 
We would like to offer invoice and charge lower price, so you only need to pay tiny tariff to get the product. 

3, I haven't received my order for a long time. 
Please contact us immediately, we would check the product for you. 

4, What to do if Customs send back my order? 
We will send you an e-mail if we receive the order. If it is sent back by China Customs, we will repack and send to you for free. 

5, Can I return or exchange product if I am not satisfied with the received order? 
Yes. You could return to us if the product has problems, doesn't like the description or is not what you expect. If you want to exchange, we would like to contact the seller for you. Please make sure the packaging and tag remain intact before you return or exchange. 

6, I still don't receive my order although the track shows that my package arrives at my destination. 
You local post office might not contact you successfully. Please contact them about your package ASAP, in case your order was returned as no one wants. 

7, How do I complain if I don't satisfy with your service?
